REQUIREMENTS:
      - absolutely NO premade layouts
      - have to subscribe to us - DO NOT FORGET, OR YOUR RATING WILL GO DOWN 10%.
      - add a comment stating your name, xanga url, and your layout information
      - layout must be made by YOU. no layouts made by someone else even if it is your friend.
      - we can't, or more like don't want to, rate our own friends' xangas. sorry guys =)

WILL BE RATED ON:
      - originality - is it your own, or a sad remake of another layout
      - organization - is it in a format that we can understand
      - color scheme - do the colors go or do they clash
      - quality - does it look like you did your layout in 10 minutes, or did you spend time actually thinking about it
